Regular monitoring

We count and record everyone who benefits from our centre, services and support. This enables us to see we are helping as many people as possible and to help us with fundraising.

Outside checks

We adhere to rules set by the charity commission and are regulated by OFSTED for the playroom and hygiene for the kitchen areas. We are working with NCVO to gain an Investors In Volunteers quality mark.
